Design and Construction Collaborative was the Designer and Architect of Record for this 4000 square foot custom home in Monmouth Beach, NJ. The town borders on the ocean and the Shrewsbury River. The home was designed with a raised foundation to allow for the passage of water through the lower level in the rare event of localized flooding.
