Dover Free Public Library, Dover NJ

Design and Construction Collaborative, LLC is the architect and construction manager for the $2M renovation of the Dover Free Public Library. The 90 year old structure is located on an infilled branch of the Morris Canal now listed in the State and National Registry for Historic Places. The structure will be stabilized, rehabilitated, accessible and will have new Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems. Aside from being the Architect of Record and Construction Manager, DCC played a significant role in writing the successful grant application for matching funds from the NJ State Library.
