After having a Wall Street presence for over 125 years, this insurance firm leased two floors in a landmarked downtown NYC building. The New York executive offices and New York Marketing Center were consolidated on two contiguous floors. DCC’s Principal and the Stubbins Associates from Cambridge MA collaborated on the design of the facility.
