This project, in Asbury Park NJ, was a study in creating a single stop entertainment venue. The structure would house 15 different “theme” bars, 5 restaurants including a venue for large parties and an interior courtyard for open air entertainment. All activities would be able to be accessed within the confines of the complex. The owner wanted the project to resemble a quaint Irish town with multiple functional facades masking the larger buildings within. (Rendering by others)
